Team / Ensemble SonusGlaneur
Founded in 2022, ESG takes its name from the renowned painting « Les Glaneuses" by J.F. Millet, symbolising "Artists who gather the sound of the world." Since inception, ESG has engaged in international exchanges through projects such as the ‘’Formosa Whispering" series in Singapore, France, and Finland. In 2022/23, ESG organised the « Au-delà du Son" concert series tour in Taiwan, culminating in October 2023 with a debut concert of contemporary French saxophone works by Alexandre Souillart at Music Forum, Taipei. Experimental video project "Formosa Whispering 2.0" was selected for display at the 2024 Future Landscapes Art Festival in Venice. In May 2024, ESG launched the ‘’Sound Oddity’’ interdisciplinary concert series. Collaborating actively with musicians and composers worldwide, ESG has garnered acclaim from international music professionals and arts organisations. We aspire to explore universal human values through the purity of musical artistry, bringing together talents across various artistic domains under the ethos of collaborative creation to cultivate the ideals of ‘'purity of Art’’.
